Role Overview
Vivun is seeking a Business Development Representative (PLG) to help drive adoption of our product-led growth motion. This role focuses on engaging prospective users through warm, consultative interactions—guiding them into product trials and helping them realize value early in their journey.
You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, using insights, engagement signals, and human connection to turn interest into activation.
What You’ll Do
- Engage prospects across LinkedIn, email, community channels, and events to guide them into product trials
- Build trust-based relationships by educating prospects on use cases, outcomes, and real-world value
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Demand teams to align messaging and activation strategies
- Identify and nurture high-intent accounts using behavioral and engagement signals
- Support trial onboarding to ensure users experience early value from Ava
- Capture qualitative insights from prospects and trial users to inform product and go-to-market strategy
What You Bring
- 1–2+ years of experience in business development, growth, or customer-facing SaaS roles
- Experience working in or alongside PLG, freemium, or trial-based models
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfort engaging prospects across multiple channels
- Ability to interpret engagement data and prioritize outreach effectively
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
