Role Overview
Unframe is looking for a driven and relentless Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel the next phase of growth. This is a pure hunting role, focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline creation. You’ll be the first point of contact for enterprise prospects, playing a critical role in shaping how companies discover and adopt Unframe’s AI-powered solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves outbound sales, and wants to be part of building something from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively source and engage new enterprise prospects through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for the sales team
- Research accounts and tailor messaging to decision-makers and buying committees
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM tools
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize outreach messaging and tactics
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Proven success with cold calling and high-volume outreach
- Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with senior stakeholders
- Experience using tools such as Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and driven by results
Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI, data, or enterprise software solutions
- Background in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
