Role Overview
iHeartMedia is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its growing sales organization. In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, engaging potential advertisers across multiple platforms including podcasting, digital audio, live events, and broadcast radio.
You’ll be a critical first touchpoint for prospective clients—introducing them to iHeartMedia’s advertising solutions and helping fuel long-term revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital outreach (75+ touches per day)
- Identify and qualify potential advertisers aligned with iHeartMedia’s offerings
- Research and personalize outreach to decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Partner with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline tracking
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting-setting targets
- Contribute to a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, or business development
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for sales
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
