Role Overview
Wayvia is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our next phase of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys outbound sales, and is excited about introducing innovative retail technology solutions to new customers.
As an SDR, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion—engaging prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the broader sales team in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and follow-up campaigns
- Engage and qualify prospective customers through discovery conversations
- Deliver virtual product demonstrations using screen-sharing tools
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline within Salesforce
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to support deal progression
- Develop deep knowledge of Wayvia’s products and the retail media landscape
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–2 years of successful experience in sales or business development
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in digital media, eCommerce, SaaS, or retail technology
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers
- Familiarity with sales engagement or CRM platforms
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 (plus variable compensation)
