About the Role
Typeform is looking for a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive outbound growth and generate new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors, starting conversations, and building relationships from the ground up.
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in expanding Typeform’s customer base by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across SMB and Mid-Market segments. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to shape outreach strategies and refine messaging.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative outreach)
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders using data and intent signals
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, needs, and readiness
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Craft personalized messaging that resonates with customer challenges
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to improve outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track engagement metrics
- Continuously refine your sales approach through feedback and experimentation
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Resilience, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $45,000–$60,000 USD
- Additional variable compensation (5–10%)
