Role Overview
Townsquare Ignite is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support its rapidly growing In-Home Services vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities for digital advertising solutions tailored to service-based businesses such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and home improvement.
This is a high-energy, growth-focused role with a clear path toward advancement into a Digital Solutions Manager position.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the in-home services industry
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, and digital engagement)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Digital Solutions Managers
- Research prospective clients and tailor messaging to their business needs
- Maintain and manage an active pipeline to meet or exceed sales activity targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support custom marketing proposals
- Learn and apply digital advertising best practices across search, display, and programmatic channels
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development
- Familiarity with digital advertising, paid media, or local marketing solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Interest in marketing technology, advertising, or media sales
