Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on connection, purpose, and helping others take meaningful action toward financial freedom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, values service over pressure, and wants to help people take the first step toward a better financial future.
You’ll engage warm leads who already know our brand—listeners of our podcast, members of our community, and individuals who’ve expressed interest in our programs—and guide them toward the next step in their journey.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with inbound leads via phone, text, and email
- Listen to prospects’ goals and challenges to understand how we can best help
- Qualify and schedule discovery calls for Wealth Strategists
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up workflows in HubSpot
- Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to improve outreach and conversions
- Represent the mission and values of Wealth Without Wall Street in every interaction
What You Bring
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Confidence speaking on the phone and guiding conversations
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience in sales, customer service, or coaching is a plus (but not required)
