Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Tremendous, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine. You’ll partner closely with an Account Executive to generate new opportunities, build pipeline, and introduce prospective customers to our platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic outreach, creative prospecting, and working in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with an Account Executive to generate qualified meetings and new revenue opportunities
- Prospect and engage new leads using email, LinkedIn, outbound calling, and creative outreach
- Research target accounts and tailor messaging to specific use cases and industries
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to support pipeline growth
- Learn and clearly communicate Tremendous’ value proposition
- Track activity and progress using CRM and sales engagement tools
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar outbound role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, curious, and proactive problem-solver
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities at once
- A collaborative mindset and desire to learn
