About the Role
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Representative to support the growth of Ovid Guidelines AI, an advanced, AI-powered solution transforming how medical societies and healthcare organizations create, manage, and update clinical guidelines.
This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in complex, high-value sales environments and enjoys working with healthcare organizations, professional societies, and clinical stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in expanding adoption of a next-generation platform that supports evidence-based medicine and improves healthcare outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with medical societies, healthcare organizations, and professional associations
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow adoption of Ovid Guidelines AI
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and executive stakeholders
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and articulate the value of AI-driven guideline management
- Manage and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to drive successful outcomes
- Represent the organization in industry discussions, conferences, and client engagements
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Proven success selling complex solutions and managing long sales cycles
- Experience selling to professional societies, healthcare organizations, or regulated industries
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strategic mindset with a consultative, customer-first approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling healthcare or clinical decision-support technologies
- Knowledge of clinical guidelines, medical publishing, or evidence-based medicine
- Familiarity with value-based care and healthcare compliance environments
- Background working with large associations or enterprise clients
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $95,560 – $133,750 (location dependent)
