Role Overview
HSP is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing global sales organization. This role is a key entry point into our commercial team and plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic outreach, thoughtful engagement, and collaboration with Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in B2B sales and develop expertise in global expansion, compliance, and enterprise solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert interest into qualified meetings
- Research target accounts and tailor messaging to CFOs, HR leaders, and finance executives
- Partner closely with Account Executives to support pipeline development and deal progression
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize outreach strategies
- Share market insights and customer feedback to strengthen positioning and messaging
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, coachable mindset with a drive to learn and grow
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
- Interest in global business, HR, payroll, or professional services
