Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a critical role in expanding RoadRunner’s footprint by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market strategy—connecting with prospective enterprise customers and building the pipeline that fuels company growth.
This role is ideal for a driven, resilient professional who thrives in high-volume outbound environments and enjoys building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within large, multi-location organizations
- Educate prospects on RoadRunner’s value proposition and sustainability impact
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Account Executives to advance qualified opportunities
- Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion
- Stay informed on market trends, customer challenges, and industry developments
What You Bring
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and meet activity goals
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $28/hour
- On-Target Earnings: ~$37,000 in commission potential
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST)
