Role Overview
TeamDynamix is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing go-to-market team. In this role, you’ll help drive pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through outbound and inbound efforts.
This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who enjoys consultative selling, problem-solving, and building meaningful relationships with prospective customers in the higher education and public sector space.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and research prospective customers within assigned territories
- Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery meetings
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to nurture opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in CRM tools
- Participate in ongoing training and sales enablement programs
- Contribute insights to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Comfort using CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
