Role Overview
Inspiren is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in accelerating growth across the senior living market. This is an exciting opportunity to help build the foundation of a rapidly scaling health-tech company while working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
You’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, engaging decision-makers, and supporting the full sales motion from first touch to handoff.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and convert interest into qualified opportunities
- Research target accounts and tailor messaging to executive stakeholders
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account strategies and outreach plans
- Support event-based lead generation and post-event follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and insights in CRM systems
- Share market and customer feedback to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role (healthcare or SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting and account-based sales motions
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High curiosity, resilience, and a growth-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000
- On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$130,000
