Role Overview
Twilio is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support its New Business and Strategic Sales teams. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in generating pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers who can benefit from Twilio’s communications platform.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop strong go-to-market strategies while gaining hands-on experience in modern, data-driven sales.
What You’ll Do
- Engage new prospects through outbound outreach including phone, email, and social channels
- Research target accounts and identify opportunities to add value
- Generate and qualify pipeline for Account Executives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation goals
