Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Elation, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth engine—engaging prospective customers, qualifying inbound interest, and creating meaningful first impressions for physicians and practice leaders exploring our platform.
This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and motivated by helping healthcare professionals solve real-world challenges. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to convert interest into opportunity while delivering a best-in-class buyer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads from campaigns, events, and web inquiries
- Qualify prospects based on practice type, needs, and readiness
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track engagement through Salesforce and Gong
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Provide thoughtful, consultative engagement that reflects Elation’s commitment to care
- Collaborate with teammates to refine messaging and optimize outreach workflows
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with healthcare professionals
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfort using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Curiosity about healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling or supporting healthcare, EHR, or SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with physician workflows or ambulatory care environments
- Experience using Salesforce, Gong, or similar tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000
- Variable Compensation: $20,000
