Role Overview
Atropos Health is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support its growing commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers across life sciences and healthcare organizations. You’ll play a critical role in building pipeline by initiating conversations, understanding prospect needs, and connecting decision-makers with solutions that advance evidence-based medicine.
This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to build a career in health technology and B2B sales.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound and inbound channels
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
- Craft personalized outreach messaging across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline activity
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
- Represent Atropos with professionalism and credibility when interacting with healthcare leaders
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role
- Background in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with outbound prospecting and consultative selling
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
