Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cribl, you’ll be on the front lines of growth—driving pipeline creation, engaging prospective customers, and helping businesses understand how Cribl can transform the way they manage data.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to generate qualified opportunities while developing strong foundational sales skills in a high-growth, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to identify new opportunities
- Engage prospects through calls, email, and social channels to build interest and trust
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
- Deliver compelling, value-driven conversations around Cribl’s platform
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage leads through the sales funnel
- Partner with Account Executives to convert opportunities into pipeline
- Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in sales development or prospecting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with strong organizational skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for technology and problem-solving
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $56,000–$63,000 (location dependent)
- Commission: Performance-based incentive plan
