About the Role
As Inspiren’s Founding Sales Development Representative, you’ll help build the pipeline that fuels our next phase of growth. You’ll engage senior living operators and decision-makers who are actively seeking better ways to run their communities—and help them understand how Inspiren makes that possible.
This is a high-impact, early-stage role where you’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing, partner with experienced GTM leaders, and help define how Inspiren shows up in the market. You’ll gain hands-on experience in strategic selling, account-based outreach, and modern HealthTech—while contributing to work that directly improves the lives of residents and care teams.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inbound leads from website traffic, webinars, content, and events
- Drive targeted outbound prospecting into enterprise and mid-market accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Partner with Account Executives to research priority accounts and coordinate multi-threaded outreach
- Convert marketing and campaign interest into qualified pipeline opportunities
- Support pre-event meeting booking and post-event follow-up to maximize event ROI
- Maintain clean, detailed CRM records and accurate handoffs
- Share field insights with Sales and Marketing to refine ICPs, messaging, and campaigns
- Represent Inspiren onsite at industry events (up to 2x/month)
About You
- 2–3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR or in an early-career sales role in a high-growth B2B environment
- SaaS, healthcare, or HealthTech experience strongly preferred
- Proficient with HubSpot (SalesHub) and Salesforce
- Strong outbound prospecting skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders
- Familiar with account-based sales and marketing strategies
- Clear, compelling written and verbal communicator
- Highly organized, goal-driven, and coachable
- Comfortable using modern sales, enrichment, and conversation intelligence tools
- Leverage AI and automation to work smarter—not harder
- Adaptable, resilient, and energized by fast-moving environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000
- OTE: $100,000–$130,000
- Equity + full benefits (medical, dental, vision)
