Job Overview
Mitratech is hiring a Sales Development Representative to support pipeline growth by researching prospects, qualifying inbound leads, and coordinating meetings for the Account Executive team. This is an entry-level role designed to build strong foundational sales skills and provide a clear path toward advancement within the sales organization.
The SDR works closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive urgency throughout the sales process.

You are motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments. You are a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable with technology, and eager to learn new tools and processes.
You may have a degree, certification, or professional experience, but most importantly, you are disciplined, coachable, and committed to building a long-term career in B2B software sales.
About the Position
You will identify and qualify prospective customers and key decision-makers by managing inbound opportunities and supporting outbound lead generation campaigns. You’ll uncover business needs, align prospects with the right Mitratech solutions, and schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives.
You will partner closely with AEs to open doors in target accounts, manage pipeline activity, and ensure smooth handoffs. You will also route internal requests as needed and maintain accurate CRM data.
All new SDRs complete a full training curriculum and receive ongoing coaching with the goal of promotion into an Account Executive role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Qualifying inbound leads and conducting outreach through calls, emails, and social channels
- Prospecting through research, list building, and territory planning
- Collaborating closely with managers and Account Executives across sales teams
Additional Activities
- Regular one-on-one coaching sessions
- Team meetings to share insights and best practices
- Ongoing learning around industries, personas, and sales techniques
- Territory planning and pipeline management
- Participation in sales all-hands meetings and training
- Consistently achieving and exceeding goals
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 annually
- Commission: $15,000 sales commission plan
- Role is fully remote within the United States
Final compensation is determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.
