Job Overview
Saviynt is seeking a Sales Development Representative to initiate sales cycles for the Enterprise Sales team. SDRs engage prospects across Federal Agencies, uncover their IGA challenges, align Saviynt solutions, and schedule qualified meetings with Sales Directors. SDRs are measured by individual contributions and quota achievement, working independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
This is a fully remote role.
Responsibilities
- Outbound prospecting into a defined region, identifying key decision-makers and beginning the sales cycle
- Generating new sales opportunities and setting appointments for the Enterprise Sales team
- Nurturing inbound marketing leads and converting them into qualified opportunities
- Collaborating with sales and marketing to define strategic outreach approaches
- Maintaining accurate lead qualification, activity, and pipeline information in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prospecting experience into Enterprise SaaS companies
- Understanding of software procurement processes in Federal agencies
- Knowledge of IGA market and Saviynt solutions
- Strong oral and written communication skills; confident engaging new prospects by phone
- Self-driven with excellent interpersonal, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Experience using Salesforce; familiarity with sales enablement/engagement tools preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000
- Commission/OTE: Estimated $105,000
- Total rewards package includes learning and growth opportunities
Compensation varies based on location, experience, skill set, and organizational needs.

- Completion of security and privacy literacy training during onboarding and annually
- Adherence to Information Security and Privacy Policies, including:
- Data Classification, Retention & Handling
- Incident Response
- Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery
- Mobile Device, Account Management, and Access Control Policies
- Personnel Security and Privacy Policies
