Position Overview
Cordance is hiring ambitious and resilient Sales Development Representatives to join its growing sales organization. SDRs sit at the front lines of sales, prospecting, researching, and engaging potential customers to generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
This role is designed as a career launchpad. High performers frequently advance into Account Executive, Customer Success, or Marketing roles. Success in this role requires persistence, curiosity, and a strong desire to grow in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Cordance’s portfolio of products and services with strong product knowledge and research
- Focus primarily on new logo acquisition through inbound and outbound prospecting
- Generate leads and build early-stage sales opportunities through prospect nurturing
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries with a strong focus on speed to lead
- Execute high-volume outreach, averaging 70–90 activities per day across calls, email, video, and social channels
- Progress toward a target of approximately 1,200 calls per month
- Qualify prospects through research and discovery to ensure strong solution fit
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for assigned Account Executives
- Use HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and sales engagement tools to track activity and manage follow-ups
- Collaborate with SDR leadership and Account Executives on territory and account strategies
- Meet or exceed activity, qualification, and pipeline generation goals
- Share insights, feedback, and messaging learnings to improve overall team performance

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Comfort with high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for sales and long-term career growth
- Experience in B2B SaaS or lead generation preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo
- Proven ability to meet or exceed outreach and pipeline goals
- Strong research and personalization skills at scale
- Understanding of BANT qualification methodology
- Experience collaborating with Account Executives on territory strategies
- Ability to balance speed, volume, and quality under pressure
