Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote Sales Development role, ideally providing Saturday + Sunday coverage (flexible arrangements such as 4 days total with weekend coverage are considered).
As the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients, you will ensure a smooth customer experience across Crimson programs by:
- Managing, contacting, and qualifying inbound warm/hot leads
- Providing resources and information about Crimson programs
- Collaborating with a high-performing team to deliver the best experience to prospective students
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls and respond to inquiries from leads to qualify them for the sales process
- Accurately manage and update lead data within Salesforce CRM
- Track lead progress through the sales pipeline and schedule meetings with Academic Advisors
- Establish and maintain positive, professional interactions and relationships with potential students
- Continuously improve sales techniques, processes, and industry knowledge
Skills & Experience Required
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professionalism, time and stress management, patience, empathy, confidence, and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and multiple platforms
- Experience in Education or professional services (marketing, financial services, consulting, hospitality, etc.)
- US college admissions experience is preferred but not required
