About the Role
We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our commercial team. This is an outbound-focused role where you will generate pipeline, qualify prospects, and book high-quality meetings for the wider Sales team. Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation
- Drive outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Manage and respond to inbound inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with our ideal client profile.
- Use strategic questioning and active listening to uncover needs, pain points, and buying signals.
Meeting Generation & Sales Collaboration
- Partner with Sales Leadership to achieve top-of-funnel targets.
- Book high-quality meetings in line with weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
- Communicate Progyny Global’s value proposition clearly and confidently.
- Build rapport with prospects through structured, thoughtful interactions.
CRM Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene with accurate records of activities, conversations, and lead progression.
- Collaborate across teams to nurture leads and share insights that optimize campaigns.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an SDR role.
- Minimum of 3 years of overall professional experience (including internships or part-time roles).
- Prior experience in outbound SDR/BDR roles preferred.
- BA, BS, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
