About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth for the LightForce® and Chattanooga® product lines by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers. You’ll work remotely, primarily selling through phone, email, and mail, while collaborating with outside sales staff to maximize sales opportunities. This role is ideal for motivated, organized, and proactive individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting
- Conduct cold calls, follow-up calls, and other touchpoints to generate new sales and advance existing opportunities.
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for LightForce® and Chattanooga® products, including lasers, shockwave devices, core equipment, and extended warranties.
- Maintain and grow your sales territory with a proactive approach.
- Educate prospects and existing customers on product updates, upgrades, and new offerings.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support day-to-day activities.
- Communicate with internal teams to provide sales and marketing information as requested.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records for all sales activities, contacts, and pipeline.
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, reports, and data for management review.
Customer Relationships
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups and regular check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer recommendations to enhance customer sales and retention strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and take ownership of assigned action items and sales improvement initiatives.
Required Competencies

Education & Experience
Required:
- Associate’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Cold calling experience preferred
- Exposure to the medical field and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets preferred
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Business Administration, Health Science, or related field
- Positive attitude, strong reliability, and exemplary attendance
Work Environment & Hours
- Fully remote work with standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET
- Limited travel: occasional out-of-area or overnight trips may be required
- Professional home office setup required
