The Role: Business Development Representative (BDR / SDR)
This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and growth. You’ll manage existing relationships while also identifying and developing new opportunities across enterprise SaaS and blockchain-native clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Coordinate and execute campaign-style initiatives (prep, launch, performance tracking)
- Conduct product demos and presentations (remote and in-person)
- Build and qualify pipeline by developing new opportunities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proactively source leads through non-traditional channels (Discord, Telegram, Web3 communities)
- Execute and own strategic partnerships aligned with CertiK’s product roadmap
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ year of BDR/SDR experience in Enterprise SaaS, Blockchain, or Web3
- Proven experience qualifying leads and building sales pipeline
- Ability to quickly understand and pitch technical products with a clear value proposition
- Strong curiosity, learning mindset, and adaptability
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change startup environments
- Willingness to take ownership, experiment, and learn from failure

- Background in blockchain, crypto, DeFi, cybersecurity, or financial services
- Passion for cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience selling technical or security-focused products
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary (US): $50,000 – $100,000, depending on experience
