The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Sales Development Representatives at Triple Whale play a critical role in fueling revenue growth. As an SDR, you’ll lead the first conversations with potential customers, spark interest in the platform, and create high-quality opportunities for the Sales team.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who is results-driven, curious, and motivated to build a long-term career in SaaS sales—particularly in the eCommerce space.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Outreach
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop effective prospecting strategies
- Execute multi-channel outbound via email, video (Loom/Vidyard), and LinkedIn with compelling, personalized messaging
- Tell data-driven stories that clearly communicate Triple Whale’s unique value
- Use platform insights to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects
- Continuously test and refine outreach strategies to improve engagement and conversion
Relationship Building & Discovery
- Build trust and rapport through consultative, thoughtful conversations
- Act as a brand ambassador, educating and inspiring prospects about Triple Whale’s impact
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and outbound strategy
- Move quickly and adapt as priorities and insights evolve
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year of successful SaaS sales development experience, including quota ownership
- Proven ability to prospect creatively using email and video outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Comfort using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools like Apollo
- Excellent organization and follow-up discipline
- A consultative mindset with strong active listening skills
- A growth-oriented, proactive attitude and passion for continuous learning
