Strategic Account Executive – Axon Productivity Team
Location: Remote (Central U.S. Territory)
Travel: 60% minimum

Role Overview:
As a Strategic Account Executive on Axon’s Productivity Team, you will lead consultative sales efforts with the largest law enforcement agencies in the U.S. This senior-level, quota-carrying role involves selling Axon Records, Axon Standards, and AI-powered productivity tools, transforming policing operations and improving outcomes such as officer productivity, case closure rates, and community trust.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to chiefs, sheriffs, IT leaders, and prosecutors, guiding agencies on AI-powered productivity solutions.
- Lead discovery and execution in long-cycle, high-value deals across Records, Standards, and AI tools.
- Deliver scenario-driven demos with solution engineers, illustrating measurable time savings and stronger case outcomes.
- Align cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Legal, and Marketing teams for customer success from first conversation to close.
- Represent Axon at regional and national public safety conferences, contributing to thought leadership.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in Salesforce, developing territory strategies to drive long-term growth.
- Mentor other sellers and participate in hiring and interviewing.
- Set category-level sales strategy and advise senior leadership on market trends.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in complex Enterprise SaaS sales with a track record of exceeding quota in multi-stakeholder, consultative deals.
- Experience selling disruptive technology, ideally AI, cloud, or digital transformation solutions in regulated industries.
- Executive presence and gravitas to engage chiefs, prosecutors, and CIOs confidently.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover latent customer needs and align solutions to measurable ROI.
- Public safety knowledge preferred (2+ years selling to law enforcement, PSAPs, or justice systems).
- Comfortable in high-growth, startup/scale environments with autonomy and collaboration.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% across the U.S.
