About the Role
As a Business Development Representative at Buynomics, you’ll play a key role in driving our growth. You’ll be on the front lines of outbound outreach, generating curiosity, starting conversations, and building a strong foundation for our sales pipeline.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives to target the right accounts, qualify prospects, and ensure high-quality opportunities move forward. In partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership, you’ll help expand Buynomics’ reach across international markets while continuously improving how we engage potential customers.
What You’ll Do
Drive Growth: Use cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to spark interest in Buynomics and our value proposition
Collaborate on Target Accounts: Partner with Account Executives to identify and approach strategic accounts
Qualify Leads: Run discovery calls to assess fit based on Buynomics’ Ideal Customer Profile
Innovate Outreach Tactics: Experiment with new messaging and engagement strategies to improve response and conversion rates
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Sales to maintain a healthy pipeline of early-stage revenue opportunities
Hit Quarterly Goals: Meet or exceed quarterly targets for qualified first meetings
Stay Informed: Build strong product and market knowledge, including industry trends and customer challenges
What You’ll Need
Experience: Up to 1 year of full-time experience in sales, marketing, BDR roles, or related early-career positions
Drive & Independence: Competitive, self-motivated, and effective at managing your time in a remote environment
Communication Skills: Confidence with cold and warm calling, objection handling, and needs discovery
Growth Mindset: Curious, coachable, and eager to learn, test, and share best practices
Languages: Fluent English required; German, Spanish, or another European language is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
Sales Tools: Familiarity with Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools like HubSpot
Industry Exposure: Experience in SaaS, cloud, technology, or startup environments
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
Proven Achievement: Demonstrated success in academics, sports, or extracurricular activities
