What You’ll Do
- Execute outbound and inbound sales activities for Oracle implementation and consulting services
- Engage mid-market and enterprise customers, including in-person meetings and on-site visits
- Learn the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, positioning, proposal development, and deal closure
- Collaborate closely with field sales, presales, and global delivery teams
- Support relationship building across multiple stakeholders within customer organizations
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technology-related roles
- Comfortable with field sales, customer visits, and frequent travel
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn enterprise B2B selling
- Exposure to Oracle solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, OCI) is a plus but not required
- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a global, distributed team environment
